1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site:

• Account details — your name, email, and a securely hashed password (or, if you sign in with Google, your name, email and Google account id). We never see your Google password.
• Order details — the name, email and shipping address you give when buying a piece, so we can fulfil and ship it.
• Class & course activity — which sessions you book and courses you have access to, so we can deliver them and send reminders.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact or order forms.
• Technical data — a login session cookie, and your IP address for basic abuse prevention (rate-limiting form submissions).

Payment card details: we do not collect or store your card number. Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure systems.

3. How we use it

We use your information to create and secure your account, take and fulfil orders, deliver courses and live classes, send you transactional emails (password resets, booking reminders, order confirmations), respond to your messages, and keep the site working and safe. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make the site run, and only as needed:

• Hosting & database — our cloud host, which stores the site and its data.
• Payment processor — to take card payments securely.
• Email provider — to send transactional emails.
• Google — only if you choose “Sign in with Google”, to verify your identity.
• Media hosting — to store and serve images and course videos.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your data to advertisers.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. It’s not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you don’t log in, it isn’t set.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for our records, tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data (some records may be retained where the law requires).

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to export it. To make a request, email us at the address below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “effective” date above will change when we do. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
