1. Who we are

This site is operated by Ayesha Zahid (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at asfarisme@gmail.com for any question about these terms.

2. Accounts

Some features — buying courses and booking live classes — require a free account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and let us know if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Courses (pre-recorded)

Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream it on this site for your own learning, for as long as we keep it available. Courses are streaming-only — they are not offered for download, and you may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the videos or materials.

4. Live classes and the monthly pass

Live classes (Crochet & Knitting) are held over video at scheduled times. A monthly pass lets you book paid sessions during its active period; clearly marked free demo classes can be booked without a pass. A pass is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Class times are shown in your local timezone. We may occasionally reschedule or cancel a session; if we cancel a paid session outright, we’ll make it up or credit it.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the relevant pages and may be localised to your currency for display; the actual charge is processed in the site’s billing currency. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Payoneer) — we don’t store your card details. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable one-time or recurring charge.

6. Refunds

Because courses are digital and access is granted immediately, course purchases are generally non-refundable once you’ve started watching, except where required by law. For the monthly pass, you can cancel future renewals at any time; part-months are not usually refunded. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we’ll make it right.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, videos, course materials, text, and designs on this site are owned by Ayesha Zahid and protected by copyright. Your purchase or membership grants access to view them — it does not transfer any ownership or right to reuse them.

8. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site: no sharing of account or class access, no scraping or copying of paid content, no attempts to disrupt the service or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. We aim to keep everything available and accurate but can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “effective” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
